The staff was friendly and attentive. I would like to give extra compliment to Tim! My power cord fir my MacBook was damaged by the outlet in the room. After coming to the room to check it, he said that he felt bad that it caused my power cord to not work, that he may a way for it to be replaced. Thank you, Tim and Courtyard Statesville

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and roomy. The small sofa was very comfortable which made catching late TV enjoyable.

They had new staff since I had been there last. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the woman at the desk. Last time I was there (2 years ago) I was insulted by the staff upon checkin.
